This handmade solid board is built to be the workhorse of your kitchen, while also making for a great conversation piece. Durable and rugged enough to take the abuse of daily chopping, slicing, and cutting for many years.

Made of beefy 1 1/4" thick edge grain wood.

Features finger grooves under each side to make it easy to lift off the counter.

Finished with a durable food safe coating of natural bees wax and mineral oil.

Please note a few things:

Depth dimensions represent the overall top working surface measurements, including the front lip. The boards extend over your counter top a distance that is 3/4" less than the depth dimension.

These boards are made from natural materials. There will be slight color and grain variations from board to board with occasional dark spots and small inclusions. During assembly, I ensure that there are no defects that may affect performance and work to make sure these boards are as beautiful as possible.

These boards are handmade in a small home workshop so there may be slight variations in the depth and thickness dimensions by approximately 1/8" based on variations in the materials used and assembly and finishing process.
